It is hereby agreed that the Client is aware of and bound by The Richmond Business Centre’s terms and conditions as follows:

A. During the term of this agreement, the client shall pay all charges for services rendered by the company at the rates stipulated.

B. The client is responsible for modifying changes in their business particulars at the Registrar of Companies and Business (all jurisdictions apply) if they are using the Company’s address as their registered office address.

C. All courier packages and registered or normal mail/letters will be redirected to the Client by unregistered post or courier as instructed at the Client’s own risk. Any mail-outs and correspondence made by the Company to the Client are deemed delivered if sent by ordinary post to the last address known by the Company.

D. All standard redirection of courier packages and registered or normal mail/letters are charged at the cost of postage/cost of courier + $7.50. The client may also collect the mail if desired by informing the Business Centre.

E. The company will not be responsible for any loss of faxes/parcel packages/mail items if the recipient’s name or the name of the Client’s Company is not addressed by the sender.

F. The staff of Richmond Business Centre has no obligation to open or read any of the faxes/mail/parcel packages that belong to the undersigned person or his/her partners verbally over the phone at any moment, nor does staff have an obligation to dispose of any faxes/mail/parcel packages on behalf of the undersigned person or his/her partners, even if the faxes/mail/parcel packages are deemed unimportant or unnecessary to him/her.

H. Cancellation of Service: Richmond Business Centre can cancel service without giving any reason by providing 30 days’ written notice.

I. If clients wish to terminate the service, please communicate it in writing 30 days prior to the end of the month to info@richmondbusinesscentre.ca

J. Richmond Business Centre and its staff have no obligation to handle and/or settle any disputes between Clients and their counterparts or business associates.

K. All Virtual Office clients are subject to and under the jurisdiction of Canadian laws. The client may not do anything illegal that is in any way connected to Richmond Business Centre. Additionally, clients cannot behave in a way that will interrupt the services of the business centre to our other clients such as damaging property, being noisy, or harassing others. Failure to behave appropriately will result in termination of the contract.

L. Clients hereby confirm that their business and actions are in accordance with Canadian Law and that they will conduct their legal and professional business and activities in compliance with Canadian Law.

M. Richmond Business Centre is not responsible for any of its clients’ business, actions or activities. It does not take any liability whatsoever and remains irrevocably indemnified
by the clients, associates, corporation etc.

N. Any non-compliance, including but not limited to; to failure to comply with any of the aforementioned clauses, will be immediate grounds for terminating the Basic Virtual Office package and services.

O. The basic plan includes the use of the business address, mail handling, and parcel handling.

P. The client may pick up mail subject to the following conditions:

· By appointment only between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM on Sundays, excluding public holidays. 

· The client has to inform the receptionist of the Business Centre at least 24 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.

Q. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

R. Attornment: For the purpose of all legal proceedings, this Agreement will be deemed to have been performed in the Province of British Columbia, and the courts of the Province of British Columbia will have jurisdiction to entertain any action arising under this Agreement. The Client hereby attorns to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Province of British Columbia.

X. Each Richmond Business Centre account is allowed one 30-day free trial. For your first purchase, we will charge your account right away, but you will get your money back automatically if you cancel within 30 days after signing up.

U. Electronic Execution: Electronic delivery of an executed signature page for this Agreement by either party by will be as effective as delivery of a manually executed copy of the Agreement by such party.

Agreement & Acceptance

I/We confirm that the above information provided is true and correct and hereby authorize Richmond Business Centre to proceed with the setup of the selected virtual office packages. I/We agree to abide by the terms and conditions set above and fully understand that if I/We breach the terms and conditions mentioned, Richmond Business Centre will have the right to terminate the services without notice.
